Chicken with sauce

Looks simple, and delicious. I already made something myself, but instead of bone broth I used only water. I think using the bone broth will make it even more delicious.

Chicken with sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 800 g boneless chicken thigh
  • 14 garlic cloves with skin
  • 135 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp flour *(corn flour)
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • Salt and pepper black to taste

Method
 

  1. Chope the chicken thighs
  2. Add some oil in a pan, lightly press the garlic cloves with a knife and add it to the oil until golden, remove it from the heat
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken, add it to the pan and on high heat, golden the chicken pieces on all sides, and add back the garlick (pealed), Mix it a few times and add the white wine to it.
  4. Reduce it completely, and add a little bit of flour, mix it well, add the chicken broth and the vinegar. On slow heat reduce it until the sauce thickens. If it tickens to fast, add a little bit more broth.

Notes

Note to self: use corn flour instead of normal flour.
