It´s so simple 😀 Yet so important to know how to use it! My very first time when I used a stainless steel pan was a complete disaster! I had no idea you need to heat it up, I just started as normally would with a non stick pan. I added some oil tho, thinking that it´s not non stick, so the oil will do. But oil alone was not enough… It took me more than 10 additional years to want to switch from the non stick pans to stainless steel pans, and this is when I started to search for the answer: how to use the “damn thing”.
