Quite a long video about how Teflon, or the non stick coating came to be.  I have to say, I was not aware for a long time how bad this material is. And also had no idea that all the pans that are scratched should not be used any more.  I think it´s a very important knowledge, hence why this video is here. I also switched to stainless steel pans and very happy to use that instead. It took a few attempts to get it right 😀 And now days there are pans with ceramic coating, that have similar properties to teflon coated ones.
