Garlic Tender Pork Bits

Ingredients
  

  • 800 g sirloin cut in small bits
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 2 laurel leaves
  • 1/2 glass white wine
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • Olive oil
  • splash of vinegar

Method
 

  1. Peel garlic claws and slite it, add olive oil to a pan, and fry the garlic golden, take it out from the oil
  2. In the same oil, add the tenderloin cubes seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook on the high heat until it's nice and golden outside.
  3. Incorporate the garlic again and cook them with the tenderloin for 2 minutes
  4. Add the laurel, a splash of vinegar, white wine and water.
  5. Let boil over high heat until sauce has reduced, stirring occasionally.
