Method
- Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, garlic powderl, cumin powder and chopped parsley, add the egg, the slice of bread soaked in milk. Mix them well and form the meatballs.
- Cover the meatballs with a bit of flour, in a frying pan, fry them golden on the outside and take them out.
- On a new pan, add a bit of oil, the onion, the red pepper, the green pepper, the chopped cloves of garlic salt it to taste, and add the grains of pepper to it, cook it for about 10 minutes, add the tomato (pure) to the mix, cook it for another 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped carrots and cook it a few minutes
- Place the meatballs in the pan, and top it up with the red wine and water. add the laurel leaf and cook it on intense heat about 25 minutes
- serve it with potatoes or rice
