Pollo al ajillo

Ingredients
  

  • 1.7 kg chicken (chopped to piecese)
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 bay leafs
  • 2 cayen peppers
  • 15 black peppers
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Method
 

  1. Add a little bit of olive oil to a pan, fry the garlic until golden, take it out
  2. salt and pepper the chicken
  3. add about 1/3 of the chicken to the pan, and fry it to be golden
  4. repeat with all the chicken, when everything is the same color, add back all the chicken and the garlic to the pan
  5. add the bay leafes, the pepper and the cayenne peppers, and the oregano and the white wine
  6. cook it for a few minutes, then add the water
  7. cook it about 35 minutes on medium heat and take a deap breath, it's ready :D
